FOR PRE-SCHOOL AND ELEMENTARY AGE CHILDREN
(up to the 3rd grade)

Share your Slyde Pride with all of us. Send your original Slyde Playground Safety Message and you could win free Slyde products for your classroom during National Playground Safety Week, April 25th –30th.

Hurry – Deadline for receipt of entries is April 15, 2005

Contest Guidelines

• Entries to be submitted with contact phone number for a grown-up, their e-mail address, school name (if applicable)
• Individuals may enter. Child doesn’t have to be affiliated with a school or child care organization
• 1 entry per child is accepted
• Entries to be drawn on 8 1/2 X 11 sheet
• Include name of child and age on back of entry
• Entry must be original art, drawn and written solely by the artist
• Use of crayons, markers, and pencils is acceptable
• All entries must have reference to Slyde and playground safety awareness
• Participants agree to have their art used by Playground Hound for promotional purposed including but not limited to posting on the Slyde website and in advertising
• Contest is for children Pre-K to 3rd grade only

Prizes

• ALL WINNERS will get a FREE Slyde the Playground Hound Safety Kit for their school or non-profit entity of their chioce (daycare etc.) Shipping and sales tax charges may apply.
• First Prize is a “free” Slyde costume rental* or Slyde products of equal value
• Second prize is “free” Slyde The Playground Hound game
• Third prize is a “free” Slyde The Playground Hound Life-Size poster
• All selected winners will have the opportunity to have their winning entry appear in the national playground trade publication, Today’s Playground Magazine
• All winning entries will receive a “free” screen saver CD of Slyde TOONS for their classroom computers

Determining winners

• Three winners will be selected from all entries received
• Winners will be notified by e-mail during National Playground Safety Week
